It is the file download dialogue, not the automatic update. With the automatic update you would get the patch in a few days, but you disabled it…. For older OS users you can disable it via registry:. Get rid of all forms of technology and move into a log cabin in a remote area without running water, roads or hydro. My Chrome shortcut on the Taskbar was different from the Chrome shortcut in my Start Menu, and it was easiest to just delete the one from my Taksbar, modify the one in my Start Menu, and then add a copy of that back down to my Taskbar.

Here is an alternative for those in my situation who may have stumbled across this post as well. Something like this:. I can confirm that replacing "video" with "audio" makes it work for just audio files as well — PandaWood. The post to which you link says that the first rule is something they tried which did not work. Why not remove it from your answer? This is a hack. If they shuffle buttons around or if the download button isn't there this hack will hide the fullscreen button instead. Or it will hide half of it because not all browser buttons are 30px — fregante.
